Pamperis was born in Larissa, where he lives and works.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_10\">He graduated in 1971 from the National Technical University of Athens as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_10\">Since 1974 he has been photographing nature in Greece and hiking in the mountains of Greece, while after 1983 he has specialized in butterflies and moths.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_10\">His work has been published in magazines such as\u00a0<span class=\"style_5\">E<\/span>\u00a0of the newspaper \u0395\u03bb\u03b5\u03c5\u03b8\u03b5\u03c1\u03bf\u03c4\u03c5\u03c0\u03af\u03b1, in\u00a0<span class=\"style_5\">\u03a6\u03c9\u03c4\u03bf\u03b3\u03c1\u03ac\u03c6\u03bf\u03c2<\/span>, in\u00a0<span class=\"style_5\">\u03a3\u03c5\u03bd\u03b5\u03c1\u03b3\u03b1\u03c3\u03af\u03b1<\/span>, in\u00a0<span class=\"style_5\">\u03a6\u03cd\u03c3\u03b7<\/span>, in\u00a0<span class=\"style_5\">Experiment\/\u0393\u03b1\u03b9\u03cc\u03c1\u03b1\u03bc\u03b1<\/span>, in the Greek version of\u00a0<span class=\"style_5\">National Geographic,\u00a0<\/span>in\u00a0<span class=\"style_5\">\u03a0\u03b5\u03bc<\/span><span class=\"style_5\">\u03c0\u03c4\u03bf\u03c5\u03c3\u03af\u03b1\u00a0<\/span>and others magazines and newspapers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_10\">He is a member of the Hellenic Society for the Protection of Nature and a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/eosacharnon.gr\/hartes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hellenic Alpine Club of Acharnes;<\/a> many of his articles on the mountains of Greece were published in the magazine\u00a0<span class=\"style_5\">\u039a\u03bf\u03c1\u03c6\u03ad\u03c2<\/span>\u00a0of this Club, from 1981 to 2006.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_10\">For the first time in Greece his work on THE BUTTERFLIES OF GREECE was published in a book, kindly supported by<a href=\"https:\/\/costopoulosfoundation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0<\/a><span class=\"style_6\">The J. F.
